The staff here were really helpful and got things done quickly. the triple room we had was a good size and had all the basics covered, plus a nice cozy breakfast to start the day off right! 🌟

The hotel's location may be a bit inconvenient for those without their own transport.

The hotel should be commended for the complimentary airport transfer and the free Wi-Fi access. the hotel's location near the business district and public transportation was a huge plus. Another added convenience was the 24-hour reception service.

The hotel fell short in several areas during my business trip. the room was not kept clean, the air conditioning unit was noisy and barely worked, and there was a strong unpleasant odor in the bathroom.

My friends and I had an amazing time staying at a hotel along the main street with very intensive and loud traffic. Despite the noise, the location was quite close to the Chalong pier and everything else we wanted to explore, whether by car or scooter. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big flat-screen TV and a fridge. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the big swimming pool and the nice view from the balcony. Plus, the hotel offered scooter rentals, which made it convenient for us to explore the area.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it didn't bother us much considering all the other positives of our stay.
